Vendor/Exhibitor Booth

This is for a vendor/exhibitor booth at the 2024 Richmond Pride.

50% Early-bird special will reflect in checkout and will run until April 30th.

Select the booth size you want and the price is based on that. Location preference can be requested by replying to the order email, but is not guaranteed and will generally be based on a first-come, first-served basis. Vendor Booth fee is fully refundable until April 30th. 

Check-in and setup will take place starting at 10:00AM and needs to be completed by 11:30AM, with the festival starts at 12:00PM. Vendors need to stay with us until 8pm. It's going to be a long day, but it will absolutely be worth it. Bring a lot of whatever you're vending because it'll be a great turnout.

You will need to bring your own tent, weights (in case it's breezy), tables and chairs. We'll have limited help available to unload whatever you need to unload and load, but setup is your responsibility.
